Welcome to Housing Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
The Housing Department and its field arm Provincial Housing Authority (PHA) with a vision i.e. “HOUSING FOR ALL” came into existence in 2004 and 2005 respectively. The Department is actually an offshoot of erstwhile PP&H Department and could be termed as legacy of that. In light of Vision/Aims and objectives the department functions/ activities rally round acquisition of land preferably state land or the private lands which after development into plots, if possible into housing units which then subsequently offer to the General public and Govt. Servants at the affordable rates.....
