Objective

The objective behind creation of the Housing Department Khyber Paktunkhwa and its field formation i.e. Provincial Housing Authority (P.H.A.) is to provide plots / houses to the low income groups. In order to meet the objective, lands preferably government lands are developed into the plots / houses, which are offered to both government servants and the general public on affordable rates. In case government land is not available, then private lands are acquired for housing schemes.
