The Department of Housing, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, envisions a future where everyone has access to quality and affordable residence. Encapsulated in our mission of 'Housing for All'. Our goal is to initiate housing schemes across the province, catering to both the general public and government servants.
Inspired by Prime Minister Imran Khan's slogan, we strive to provide affordable and quality residential units to all residents. Our housing schemes aim to create cohesive, economically healthy communities by fostering fundamental commitments to family, community, and social equality.
To achieve this mission, we focus on procuring land through reasonable modes, promoting public-private partnerships, and exploring innovative models like land-sharing formulas, joint ventures, and more. Through our efforts, we're committed to making our vision a reality and creating a better future for the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The Housing Department and its field arm Provincial Housing Authority (PHA) with a vision i.e. “HOUSING FOR ALL” came into existence in 2004 and 2005 respectively.
